Action Potential Neuropsychological Services is a private-pay practice. However, many families are able to receive partial reimbursement through out-of-network insurance benefits.

During an initial consultation call, I’m happy to review your insurance benefits with you and help you understand whether out-of-network reimbursement may be available. Mentaya allows you to quickly verify whether your plan includes out-of-network mental health coverage and provides guidance on potential reimbursement, deductibles, and claim submission. Use of the tool is optional, and I’m always available to discuss benefits during a consultation if that feels more helpful.
